RETURNS

The condition of a refund is to send back the item as new, with labelling and packaging complete, without signs of use or odour. The lack of a security tag originally attached to the product excludes the possibility of a refund.

When you definitely know that the selected product does not meet your expectations, report to us your wish to withdraw from the contract by sending us an email with the attached form, the template of which can be found in the Regulations, or simply write your order number in the email and list the products which you would like to return, no later than within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The email address is: ask.classicvaleria@gmail.com You will receive a prepaid courier label to affix to your package and instructions on how to proceed. Pack the parcel and send it back to us at: Level 52, Koziorożca 1/1, 02-438 Warsaw, Poland. After receiving the package, we will check that the items have not been worn and are not damaged, and then we will refund you the equivalent of the returned products using the same method you used to pay for the order. We process returns within 3 days of receiving the shipment. So don't be afraid, order and try it on at home.

According to our store's regulations, the return costs are on your side and will be deducted from the purchase price of the goods.

As a consumer, as a rule you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract, e.g. by e-mail sent to the following address: ask.classicvaleria@gmail.comReturn the returned item to us immediately to the following address: Koziorożca 1/1, 02-438 Warsaw, Poland no later than within 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry. Payments made by you, including the costs of delivery of items on the terms set out in the regulations, will be returned to you immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your statement of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the reimbursement of the payment received from you until we receive the item back or you provide proof of its return, whichever occurs first. Do not forget to attach proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice) and original tags to the package. If you do not have proof of purchase, please contact our Customer Service. Do not send us "cash on delivery" shipments - we are not technically able to collect such a package.

You return the product at your own cost and risk. Therefore, choose a reliable delivery method. Remember that the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract, e.g. in relation to the contract:

• in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs

• in which the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life

• in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery

• in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery

• for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline for withdrawing from the contract and after informing him by the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

Unfortunately we cannot accept exchange requests without the attached form or with incorrectly completed forms. Send the advertised product together with the form and proof of purchase (receipt, VAT invoice) to the following address: Level 52, ul. Koziorożca 1/1, 02-438 Warsaw, Poland. Exchange requests are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to be exchanged.
